These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and FlowChat ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the FlowChat professional AI chat platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service​

FlowChat provides a high-performance, multi-model AI orchestration interface designed for professional and organizational use. The Service allows users to interact with various large language models (LLMs), manage knowledge through notes, and collaborate within secure channels.

2. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership​

A. Your Content​

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any text, code, documents, or other materials you submit to the Service ("Input") and the results generated by the Service based on your Input ("Output").

B. No License to FlowChat​

FlowChat does not claim any ownership over your Input or Output. We do not use your Content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

C. Platform Intellectual Property​

All rights, title, and interest in the FlowChat interface, software, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of FlowChat and its licensors.

3. Professional Conduct and Restrictions​

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with professional standards. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or circumvent the security and integrity of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable human usage.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service's underlying software without express written permission.

4. Third-Party Model Providers​

The Service facilitates interactions with third-party AI models (such as those provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google).

  • Independent Terms: Your use of these models is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.
  • No Responsibility for Accuracy: FlowChat does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Output generated by third-party models. AI models may occasionally produce "hallucinations" or incorrect information.

5. Account Security​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify FlowChat immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability​

A. "As Is" Basis​

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FlowChat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

B. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service's infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowChat is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms​

FlowChat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our documentation or within the Service interface. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
